Requirements for a Utah CCW Permit
Must be over 21 and be legal to own a handgun,
Must complete 4 hours of training that is certified by the State of Utah, and have your application stamped by an approved instructor,
Must provide one set of FBI quality fingerprints, [more]
Obtain a 2” X 2” color, passport type photograph, [more]
Provide a photocopy of your driver’s license
Submit your completed application and all paperwork and an application fee of $65.25 to
